From the discussion in Shoutbox, it looks appropriate to start this thread.
I'd love to hear and see how people store their ink?

I keep my inks in a drawer, like this: The small bottles on the right are bought empty and then filled with ink to use with my dip pens, mostly drawing and calligraphy inks. They travel better this small. I also have a small stock of my favorite ink stashed away in a cupboard.

Mine is like Pukka only I don't keep them in the boxes, more fuss that way plus not all of them even come in boxes and my obsessive nature would absolutely hate the mix of boxed & unboxed! XP I can try taking a photo tomorrow, when there's light.

I keep mine in a shelf in a secretary behind closed doors in the attic. I don't have a super large collection of inks (the Philly Pen Show might change that if I run into a bit of iron gall inks), so I don't have anything nice for them.

This is their ...*ponders* 4th spot, LOL, keep having to upgrade. And now I just ordered another 80mL Diamine and a KWZ bottle. I can probably fit one of the two... >.> Hahaha

All mine are on a shelf over my desk but that will all change in a few weeks when I finally get my antique bureau in place. It's languishing in the shed at the moment in need of some tlc.

For me...if I can't SEE it, it doesn't exist. Hence, an ink hutch. Some day I'll snap a shot and post it.

Haven't got an ink collection as yet. Just a smal rectangular box...have I mentioned before that I LOVE boxes...with about 27 small containers with 2-4 ml of ink samples.

I haven't got an ink collection started yet either. I just have the one Diamine bottle that I ordered last week from jetpens. It'll be interesting to see what I have by the end of year 2017. I love boxes too. I think I'm a collector by nature, so I have to be careful of starting any new, big collections. A few years ago, I started collecting cute tin boxes, but they soon started over running my craft room. They were cute to look at, but most of them I wasn't even using to store anything inside them. Then, I acquired a beautiful large tin from work. One of my coworkers bought it from Trader Joe's. It had delicious cookies in them, and when the cookies were all eaten up by us, he was going to throw away the tin. It was just way too beautiful to throw away, so I grabbed it. One of the gals I follow on IG uses a large tin like that to store her incoming letters that she needs to respond to.
