You might also enjoy this site: link - it's a blog, obviously, and every once in a while the owner (who's into writing letters) arranges a penpal match-up. Under the hashtag #bringbackpaper she also organises stationery swaps etc. from time to time. |

I thought I'd try it out as since this past summer, I've only received 9 pen pal letters... so I think I can handle a few more pals  I find that pals I have found on Facebook and/or the internet only write once or twice... and then that's it. So I figure if one pays to be matched, they might be more inclined to continue a pen friendship. I am super excited. The only other time I used IPF was in 1992. And I made so many wonderful, lasting friendships during my early years of letter writing. How many times is your name passed on to others? Is it 14 times as well? |

I don't really use many penpal sites anymore. I used to use sassociations.net and interpals.net all the time but unfortunately there seems to be a lot of scammers on those sites now or people just using them as a dating site

After being a member of PenPal World for almost 9 months, I have today, for the first time, actually received a letter from someone in there! Time will tell if this is leading to a long lasting correspondence.
Edit. What's ironic is that I have meanwhile found more than enough penfriends from other places. I guess I should take my profile away. But I didn't want to tell her no when someone finally reached out |

After being a member of PenPal World for almost 9 months, I have today, for the first time, actually received a letter from someone in there! Time will tell if this is leading to a long lasting correspondence. Good luck, and keep us posted! |

Can any of you access the SendSomething site?
I have tried to log in since last Monday and I always get an error. I hadn't logged for a while but not so much as to be blocked.
