I received a letter from writingrav a few days ago written on this paper. It's quite nice, I may have to pick some up.

I flew this summer with a TWSBI Vac-700. Absolutely no leakage. But that pen also has a shut off valve to prevent ink from going from the barrel to the feed.

I usually have music going when writing letters.

I picked up a sheet shortly after they were released. I quite like them.

sharmon202 Honestly, I have no idea. I would think that a Forever + 22¢ stamp would be enough, but I'm not sure why they are requesting an additional 49¢ on top of the Forever stamp on square envelopes. I would ask the post office before you mail it.

I scan all my letters and save them in Evernote. Before they get folded and stuffed in an envelope, they are fed through a document scanner.

71¢ to mail an odd shaped envelope, which I think is the same stamp as heavier Wedding Invitations.

According to the USPS website, Square Envelope: add 22¢ Not sure why they are asking for another 49¢ though.

Was it a square envelope? Square envelopes seem to cost more. I had the same thing happen recently.

Not really. I've received all kinds of things, from stickers to postcards to photos. I've received newspaper/magazine clippings, bookmarks, and articles on artists and their work.
It all comes down to what you want to send and include with your letter. Anything can be a tuck-in really.

I like seeing different stamps but the US Int ones I get all seem very dull - no Harry Potter or Elvis Presley!! The US International stamps are boring and dull. I wish they would put the same effort into the international stamps as they do with the other stamps.

I kinda cheated. I inherited a stamp collection from my great-grandfather. He started collecting when he was a kid and collected his entire life. A huge assortment of stamps from all over the world, with some dating back into the 1800s. I haven't done much with the collection yet other than removing stamps from envelopes and flipping through the books.

I'm a member! It is very US-centric though. I was lucky enough to get a penpal from Germany. I was surprised.

Of recent stamps, I really like the new Harvest Fruits/Vegetables ones. The Batman and Circus Posters stamps are cool too.
