If I had to guess, it's a "demi lever" and not a "demi-lever"... meaning it's a demi pen (i.e. small) and uses a lever to fill. But... that's just a guess.

Demi lever-fill -- two separate descriptions. "Demi" almost always means a shorter or shorter/slimmer version of an otherwise full-sized pen. Very few pen manufacturers actually make or made genuinely demi versions, but they make smaller pens. A classic example of a true demi is a Parker 51 Demi from 1949/1950, which looks like a shorter 51 but in fact is scaled down in girth, overall length, and cap while using the same gripping section, nib, and filling mechanism. "lever-fill" simply means that the pen is filled by lever into a latex sac inside the pen's barrel.
Hope this helps!

I think size is the easiest way. I have one demi and one regular size Parker 51. The demi is a hair longer than 5" with the cap on. The regular size is 5 7/16" with the cap on. The demi is a little bit narrower too, but that would be hard to tell without having one of each.
