I recommend Dear Miss Breed: True Stories of the Japanese American Incarceration During World War II and a Librarian Who Made a Difference by Joanne Oppenheim to anyone interested in learning more about this subject. Just before I went away I ordered the book. It arrived whilst I was away and so I now have it! Amusing, it has Harris County Public Library stickers on it! and yet I purchased it from a UK Bookseller - alas, no notes from the previous owner inside but, it looks like a great book and I will start into it shortly. Thank you for pointing it out to me!
