My current favorite orange is Colorverse Mars Curiosity. Actually, it is my current favorite ink; it looks so good with my pen and Bullet Journal. 🥰 Loved the name of this ink, so had to look up reviews of it to see what color and shade it really was. I really do like it quite a bit. Now, I just have to do see where I can buy it at the lowest price!

Help! I'm going to buy three teeny tiny Colorverse bottles today even though I don't really need any more ink. I just want those cutsie 5ml bottles. I like Colorverse and own the beautiful orange Martian (and Life on Mars).
I don't have a grey, so I chose Anti-matter (which looks blue/grey). Laika looks like some kind of odd ugly green/brown??? and I'm interested in that.
Is Warped a very, very light blue? I might like that?
I need some suggestions please. Time is of the essence for me. Any advice?

Any advice? Follow up! They came in. The teeniest tiniest little coloverse bottles of ink came in the mail yesterday. They are discounted by Pen Chalet if you buy 3, but I bought 4. They are many times the price of a sample vial which I believe is about 2 ml., but I would probably buy one of these bottle empty because they are so incredibly cute. I chose light colors I would not normally buy: Felicette (teensy wee picture of a cat on the bottle), Strelka (teensy wee picture of a dog on the bottle), V2 Rocket, and Anti-Matter. They each come with a little plastic bulb because you can't fit a regular #6 nib in the bottle neck. They are soooo impractical which makes them that much more ADORABLE. Zebra G nib fits in the neck, and a skinny glass dip would work, but I don't own one, so can't confirm. A converter fits in the bottle neck, so I'll just fill the converter directly and screw it back into the pen. They come with a warning that the ink dries fast so keep the cap on. High-lar-ious. There's just so little ink in the bottle that if you leave the cap off it'll all be evaporated before you know it. I highly recommend them not in "spite of," but because of all this inconvenience and silliness.

I finally got some of the Diamine inks I'd been waiting for last week. Yei! Rest will come as backorder...

Have to admit that I’ve stopped buying inks lately because:
a. shipping delays
b. I have enough ink to float the USS Constitution

Iroshizuku “Yama-guri, a rich walnutty brown
Lamy “Dark Lilac”, the Grail of Purple (if you can get it)
Montblanc “The Little Prince Red Fox”, an unusual reddish orange
Iroshizuku “Kosumosu”, my hands down favorite Pink
Papier Plume “Red Beans and Rice”, just like the name!
Stipula Calamo Musk, an epic murky green

So this may be a weird question - does ink evaporate? I find that when I put ink in any of my fountain pens, if I don't use it right away - I have to refill it again....what's up with that? Unless there's some little fairies around here using my pens while I'm asleep....

Unless there's some little fairies around here using my pens while I'm asleep.... It does indeed evaporate. It also creeps out of the nib a little bit and generally junks up your pen. The solution: write more letters!

I will some day own an Iroshizuku because it comes up somewhere in everyone's favorite's list. Thanks for this list.

Has anyone used Taccia Ukiyo-e Fountain Pen inks before? Jetpens.com just sent me an email saying they're going to be carrying them. They look fabulous.

Stipula inks seem well behaved....musk green and dark blue Pelikan Edelstein....jade and smoky quartz also Pelican 4001 royal blue Diamine Asa Blue and Enchanted Ocean (a shimmer ink) I've been avoiding using Noodler's inks in my lever fillers, I've had ink sacs get mushy and fail but have had no problem with using them with converters.
