I belong to a pen collector and user club, PENS (Pen Enthusiasts Northern Society) in MN. There is a girl who was 5th grade national champion in the Zaner-Bloser cursive writing contest. I will be presenting a congratulatory gift to her at this Wednesday meeting.
In June I will present a program on pen palling. I have an outline for what I am going to say. But, I may have forgotten something. If you were presenting what would you be sure of including, you may come up with something I didn't think of that I will want to include?

I had a list somewhere of topics I wanted to cover on my blog at some point... How to get started, nice array of postage (and save the stamps for charities if you are not keeping received post/stamps for yourself), why write letters in a digital age, stationery matters but content matters more, extras to enclose (e.g. postcard, info leaflet) umm... what else? What to write...

Wow, is there somewhere we can view her work penguy ? Presentation topic: Never be scared to say what you want to say, you could be pleasantly surprised by the response.

Here is the information from our May PENS meeting: penenthusiastsnorthernsociety.wordpress.com/. I really enjoyed giving Zita her gift. You can find more on the Zaner-Bloser site, I didn’t find a sample of her cursive when I just looked, perhaps you will have better luck if you look. Thanks for your suggestions. browse the whole PENS site and you will see a sampling of what has been covered in club meeting.

I often wonder if I could find some fellow pen-enthusiasts in such a small market here. Many people are intrigued and a little mystified by my hobbies.
