Should be announced (perhaps with some TBA) by 5th January (?) when the Postmarks bulletin is published.
Although I've just seen a comment on Norvic's blog.... noooooooo.
A comment on the Postcrossing forum: "I’ll tell you what I want, what I really really want: some decent stamp issues in 2024!"

The weather forecasting issue looks interesting. 2 designs in each value: 2nd class, 1st class, £2.00 (for international economy/surface mail), £2.20 (for airmail).

Vikings issue looks nice too. 2 x 1st, 2 x £1, 2 x £2, and 2 x £2.20
Expecting postage rate change information on 1st March.
No news yet on Dinosaurs. When I went for the Vikings issue, the sub postmistress said that the next issue hadn't arrived.

Friends and enemies, don’t privatize your postal services.
Those price increases hurt.

Our prices here in Sweden have been going up steadily the past years, 10 years ago in 2014 it was 7 SEK domestic and 14 SEK international. Now we're up to 18 SEK domestic and 36 SEK internationally. Meanwhile "since we are sending fewer letters" we only get mail deliveries every other day. In short: higher prices, lower service.
I'm thinking, when I write a letter I sit down with a friend. If we were to meet over coffee or dinner it would surely be more pricey than the postage. That's what I tell myself, when I buy two packs of stamps (at 10 stamps each,so 360 SEK in total), that if I were to meet all the people once per letter sent, it would be a lot pricier. (Case in point, 3 packs of stamps would barely cover the dinner and wine I had with a friend a few weeks ago).

Shoved the Swedish currency into a converter - just slightly more expensive for domestic mail there... 18 SEK today now comes out at 1.36 Pound sterling.
New postage rate leaflets are available the post office, though might need to ask for them as we aren't in April yet.

New Jennings definitive for airmail due out in April. Apparently, it is "gooseberry green" but I think drab would be a better name for it.
The commemorative commemorating stamps are not drab, but will have to wait for more details.
