They do. Da Vinci & the Europa Birdie stamps. Nice. I even managed to find the link for next year's stamp programme from Poste Italia! pdf

From the USPS:
"Transcontinental Railroad" for the artwork.
"Post Office Murals" for the theme.

From the USPS, the Wild & Scenic Rivers were my favorite - three of the rivers featured run in/on the border of Oregon and are among my favorite places to visit. How could no one have mentioned this one? When I learned of it I rushed out and bought 2 sheets. It's a lenticular stamp. Just saying that gives you goose bumps.
