Just finished a pad of vintage paper. It was "Eaton's Post Preferred". Not quite as thin and translucent as airmail paper, but still nice and crinkly with some laid lines that made it easy to keep the words straight. It was nice stuff. I'll miss that one. Actually, it went out to motsamicaux Cheers Gary! I always have mixed feelings about using up vintage supplies. But, there's a part of me that pictures that pad of paper sitting in a drawer for 70 years waiting for someone to write on it. It makes me happy to send it on its way, doing the job for which it was made! mike |

Decided to be smart, and stamp and address most of my postcards *before* I left on my trip to save time. I had a great time choosing postcards for everyone, and putting the stamps on. I used up a bunch of partial sheets of stamps, too!
I used up 2 sheets of Mariachi stamps (so bright and cheerful), a sheet of Buzz Lightyear stamps (perfect for Disney), a sheet of Pony Car stamps, a sheet of Snowy Beauty stamps, and 2 partial sheets of Brush Rabbit stamps.
My stamp bag is *slightly* skinnier now!
(But maybe still rather fat)

Used the last of a set of Cavallini notecards I've had kicking around for several years. Not gonna lie, that was one of my favorite stationery sets, so I'm a little bummed that it's all gone now.

Adding to my list...another sticker sheet, killed off a ballpoint pen, and used the last couple notecards in a stationery set from years ago - I still have envelopes and A4 paper to use from it though.

Two rolls of washi tape have been killed off over here (no worries, I still have several cartloads of them...), and along with that, a sticker sheet.

Another pad of A5 Clairefontaine Triomphe has bitten the dust today... but it has hardly made a dent in my stationery supplies.

resistance is futile! I am thinking of getting the full colour range. The EF nib is really great. I'll shut up now.
