Two more rolls of washi, plus, a sheet of Halloween stickers bought maybe 10 years ago has been finished!

I have used up two rolls of washi tape, two sheets of forever stamps, one sheet of 10cent stamps, I-don't-know-how-many sheets of stickers, and a box of flake stickers in the last two days. Oh, and a box of notecards.

I finished Clairefontaine Triomphe A4 sheets, but not replacing it as I bought many more other papers recently. Also finished Jimi Hendrix forever stamps, and two sample inks (not even bottles!). Other than that I’m not close to finishing anything!

I just used up a sheet of Mariachi stamps (I’ve been using a lot of those lately!), and a sheet of brush rabbits (additional ounce…I mostly use them for adding to two regular stamps to equal international postage). I’m dangerously close to finishing off the first of my Christmas Elves booklets of stamps (postage for one card left!)(starting to get some of my international christmas cards out in the mailbox today!). Stamps are the only thing I’m using up lately. I have so much of everything else, that I’m not very close to using any of it up yet. Haha!

Not _really_ a graveyard, as I'm not using it up vs dumping it down the drain. Close enough. I've finally started a major inked-pen cleanup effort. I've cleaned out 3 or 4 pens here or there in the past few months. In the past week I've taken about 15 pens, some inked for years, some with expensive ink, and just cleaned them out in the sink, the ultrasonic, and with a rubber bulb. Kills me, but needs doing. A few have suffered total dryout from lack of (adding water) maintenance. I'm just not pen-ing (doesn't always involve writing, per-se, vs a few doodles) as much as I used to. I can't keep up with more than maybe half of what I had inked. Gotta get it down to 30 or 40, I think. Let's say, about 18 linear desk/inches of pens.

My pad of "Brunnen Block" A5 paper from Brunnen in Germany is used up. It was good paper and excellent value for money; I paid €1.50 for fifty sheets. Held up to fountain pen ink from a narrow nib.
Those in Germany can probably find it pretty easily and it looks like they have a decent international/online presence.

Sometimes I feel like taking a day, cleaning ALL of them out and starting over with a reasonable number of inked up pens. What's happening is almost all the CC pens will probably get cleaned out, with the exception of some Franklin Christoph ones that simply haven't seen enough use. I think the batch I'll clean next are about ten short pens, Liliput to Kaweco Sport size, that I basically haven't touched in forever. I'll keep the brass wave and the MV MVP (italic) inked, and pick one or two Kawecos. Then... we're looking at a handful of eyedroppers (mostly cheap), the 823 plungers (might change ink but they're staying inked), and the real quandry: how many Pelikan (M200s) does it take to make me happy? And, how many of all of that needs to be cleaned out, however nice or pricey the ink in it, and refilled with the (non sedimentary / shimmering) Diamine Inkvent colors? I'm... thinking... most of them. IDK if ink needs to "spark joy", but it would be nice if more of the pens had ink that sparked writing. A lot of good colors that I'm just tired of need to be, if not put in the graveyard, at least put out to pasture.

Oh my word, this has suddenly become a very dangerous place for me to be. I'm a fountain pen newbie (unless you count the Pilot Varsity pens I've been using for years) and now I'm frantically looking up all of these brands you're mentioning and the mere thought of having more fountain pens is sparking so much joy. ... Yikes!

I just addressed and stamped a bunch of Christmas card envelopes this afternoon - I used up a whole bunch of stuff! I finished 3 books of Elf stamps (one was almost empty already, though), and four different sheets of address labels that I’ve been using for the last 4 years (I love picking out return address labels to match the cards or envelopes).
Did I buy enough Christmas stamps though? I might be cutting it close…I guess I can always use the snowy flower ones if I run out. Oh! Or do I still have some otter stamps? I might…
It’s somehow very satisfying to finish up so many sheets though. 🙂

I just finished a box of pretty “snowy pine tree” Christmas cards, that I’ve been slowly using for 3 years. My last one is going to christyotwisty. I’m actually kind of sad to see these ones finished, because I loved these cards. I also finished a box of “deer in the snowy forest” Christmas cards. But I’m not sad about this, because I have a second box of these adorable cards! Yay!
