I don't know if I should be happy or sad? So now my stamps are worth less now? Good thing I don't stock pile. Domestic is now 47 cents and international is $1.15.

Even if you did stockpile, only a loss of 2c per. I'm sad that the USPS is forced into this when they're already having enough financial problems. Maybe they can get the change reversed. "The reduction is the result of an expiring surcharge that had been put in place in January 2014 to help the beleaguered Postal Service recoup $4.6 billion in losses dating back to the Great Recession. Postmaster General Megan J. Brennan said in a statement that the forced rate reduction would exacerbate Postal Service losses. At least they did make money on those that did. I love it though when people do complain about the price. It's still not as bad as elsewhere in the world.
