I’d seen these stamp in Mia’s post about the release schedule, but then this morning a friend of mine told me they’d be scratch and sniff. What?!? Now I want them EVEN MORE! Nice to see it confirmed.

I have received Postcrossing postcards with scratch and sniff stamps - I think one came from Finland - birch smell of the sauna. Another had the aroma of chocolate...

The scratch and sniff stamp event where they will be first released is at the park up the road from me. I could have the first ones (and free popsicles).

It's on a Wednesday though I think so depends on if I work from home that day and feel like braving sunshine and humanity.

I pre-ordered a set, along with some of the airmail and STEM designs. No special launch event here but at least I'll be able to smell 'em soon as possible.

I picked up the new popsicle stamps today! They are gorgeous, and summery, and smell divine... except for one that might be rootbeer (or bad chocolate?) and smells pretty terrible. Popsicles!

Except for one that might be rootbeer (or bad chocolate?) and smells pretty terrible. Use that one for mail to the IRS. Or, your garbage service.
