Yesterday I discovered EcoQua Fabriano paper. I gather it's been around for a looong time, but I've not noticed it before. To quote a reviewer elsewhere: "If you’re environmentally conscious, Fabriano’s got that covered. The pad is made in Italy in an environmental responsible way that is certified by the FSC. The paper is chlorine and acid free and is recyclable."
A bought an A5 grid pad and am very happy with it.

I use the Fabriano Hot Press Watercolor paper for my graphite drawings. Fabriano really makes good quality papers.
DJW1066, is this a textured paper ? How is it to use with fountain pens ?

It has a little more texture than a Rhodia, not as "dry" as Whitelines; but it's definitely not textured. Very nice with the several pens and inks I've tried on it. 85 m/m2. I found it in an art supply store, where I go to look at all the cool stuff and fantasize about being able to draw/paint better than my 6 year old granddaughter. Heck, I'd settle for better than my 3 year old grandson.

I gave up on my art fantasy years ago. Now I just draw and have fun with it .

I tried this paper a couple of years ago. After using it a few weeks it clogged my nib. Kind of soft and my nib picked up thread-like micro pieces. I am a very light handed writer. I will not buy it again.
